Each post or resource we put up can be categorized. Categories are useful in that you can create hierarchical folksonomy. This categorical structure can later be used on Ektron.
Categories can be made on the fly so not all of them has to be predetermined. If you would like to change the category name later, you can do it without breaking any association.
For our use of this blog, tagging should be more casual. We might see tags useful for creating categories that seem to emerge.
I would like to suggest the following:
- -One resource gets one posting
- -Each resource gets a short description
- -Each posting should be categorized
